I recently had a critical fail on a AC to DC power converter I needed to charge the battery pack to power my portable cooler/freezer while on the road. I contacted Rack Attack who I bought all of the original products from early last year. Despite the warranty having expired on the converter, the rep arranged to have the part replaced under warranty notwithstang, if Dometic would agree. Dometic agreed, and I was blown away by the superb service I received from Rack Attack and their representative Mike. When the time comes, I will definitely do business with this company again.
