They were awesome to deal with. I need a one bike add-on, they had it in stock but turned out to be the wrong finish. I spoke to them, returned the original on their dime and they just exchanged it for the proper one which they just got in and even had a price difference that they refunded me. Excellent customer service. Thank you!
