I had an issue with my Thule rack and I called your store in Framingham, MA. The guy I spoke with on the phone could not have been more helpful. He was able to figure out what I needed and ship the part directly to me in time for our family vacation - which just happened to be a very short timeline. Excellent customer service. Very friendly ans helpful staff. Also super efficient. I. Wish we had a Rack Attack in DC as I would shop there every time after such a great experience. Thank you!!
