The quality of the purchased products appear to be of good quality.
The installation was less than satisfactory as the bars were neither parallel and nor equidistant front to back when installed. This necessitated a reinstallation prior to use by me.
It was fortunate that the cleats from our older Yakima system, that stabilize lateral movement of the canoe, were adaptable to the Thule crossbars. The Thule system seems to be well made. We look forward to many years of use.
