I ordered a Thule rack and cargo box from another retailer. They didn't tell me that I'd need a "fit kit" for installation. So after waiting 18 months to get these backordered items, we were 2 days away from our trip - with NO fit kit to finish the installation. And I was seething that they didn't tell me in the numerous emails that I had with the co. literally asking if I had everything I'd need to assemble. That is when I found Rack Attack. They had the fit kit in stock and I paid for rush delivery. It arrived on the morning that we were to get on the road, we got it assembled and VIOLA, we had a cargo box and a successful trip.
