I received what I ordered very quickly and at a good price. It has been very difficult to find the Thule kayak rack parts. I went to several local stores and no one had everything I was looking for. One of the stores said that they placed a huge order with Thule and only receive a few parts at a time, so when they need parts for customers they purchase from Rack Attack. They told me that Rack Attack ships things quickly, and that is the experience I had.
