I purchased a set of Thule Aero bars for my car on a Saturday morning. I had a phone call and an email by Saturday afternoon from someone checking on the order. He wanted to make sure I understood that a fit kit was also required, but I hadn't ordered it. He also questioned whether I wanted locks since I had not ordered them since the order form asked for a key number even though I did not order them. I called them back on Monday and the order was delivered Friday. The bars themselves are just what I was looking for, although the installation instructions were terrible.
