I love this rack! I have recommended it to another couple needing a good e-bike rack. I find if I remove the battery from my bike, it is much easier to lift onto the rack. My bike has fenders, and moving the bike forward as far as you can, allows the hook to reach the tire with no problem. Rack is light enough for a woman to lift and manage. Everything I needed!
