The rack was delivered to my front door within 5 days of ordering. Assembly, was quick and easy using the Tools supplied by Thule. The fit and fabrication of the rack was fantastic. We loaded up about 80 pounds between two bikes, and drove 200 miles the next day to Jim Thorpe, PA. The rack with the bikes was solid with very little movement - really beyond expectations. Loading was simple and the supplied locks were easy to use and provided good security during the trip. I really like this hitch mounted rack. Compared to the roof rack I've had for decades, it was much simpler to use and you didn't have to worry about height or banging over hangs at fast food stops. This rack is all you could hope for.
