The actual product is great. But I’m missing an attachment clip and don’t know how to get a new one without ordering everything. So I only have 1 crossbar installed and that is pretty useless.
I called and left a message. No response. Live chat was closed. I left an online message. No response.
Maybe a 1 star review will get a response.
