I am revising the following review as customer service took care of my issue and is even going to reimburse my shipping expense. Great customer service!
Previous review stated, "I ordered online for a Yakima bike rack lock. A different Yakima product came and the shipping was over $15. I called and the rep said the part I requested over the phone is not available and I should come into the store. I would have liked to have known that before getting the incorrect part shipped."
