My experience couldn't have been better. My salesperson, Will, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They also willingly matched a competitor price as their website suggests. Shipping was fast and everything was in perfect condition. Now the bad part... It turns out that my Yakima HD Skyrise tent was not compatible with my new Bronco Sport with the panoramic moonroof since too much support is removed from the roof. I contacted Will and he listened to my story and quickly processed a full refund of the Yakima towers and crossbars along with a prepaid return label. In my opinion Rack Attack's support and service is first rate, bar none. I recommend Rack Attack with no hesitation whatsoever.
