Ordered a THULE roof rack with clamps, cross arms and keyed locks as a Christmas gift on a Tuesday and received the product that Friday. Pretty impressive turn around time as I’m located ~275 km north of Toronto!!!! It was shipped via UPS - super fast delivery. It arrived exactly as indicated in an email. Extremely impressed with the THULE line up of products. I already have a Thule roof rack system for my own car. My kids see just how useful the roof rack is so they asked for a THULE system for their Christmas gift. It comes in handy, especially since we have a small Honda Fit. The roof rack triples the carrying capacity of this small but mighty vehicle.
