We were very happy with the advice from the Santa Monica rack attack people. They advised us which bike rack to buy, and then were fine that we ordered it online. I went back to the Santa Monica shop for some extra advice. Video makes it look a little easier to put on and take off than it actually is, but we’re very satisfied with the purchase overall. Really great folks at the Santa Monica shop.
