Very knowledgeable company. Spent a lot of time helping me select a bike rack. I received the bike rack in a day. It did not work out this time because the electric bike is very large and heavy. Very difficult for us to hold the bike and secure it. The rack itself was very well made. The bike itself was just to heavy for us to lift and secure. Rack Attack are definitely on the top of my list next time I need a bike rack.
