Excellent experience! Received great advice on what type of rack would best suit my needs, existing accessories (bikes, canoe, ski box etc) and vehicle. I felt I was getting solid advice and I did not feel pressure to by one brand over another. Also, I had many questions which were answered quickly and respectfully. I will buy from Rack Attack again!
