The rack I ordered was sent through UPS. When the package arrived it was damaged and parts were missing. I asked the UPS delivery person what course I should pursue if I found missing parts when I try to assemble the product, he shrugged his shoulders and said to call Rack Attack.
Rack Attack went above and beyond. Totally on top of every aspect of the problem and had the missing part at my door a.s.a.p. I will use this company again.
