HI there, I found your front end ordering service to be very good. Questions and then actually placing the order. Unfortunately, I received my new Evo bars without instructions. It appeared that the box had been opened at some point before it was shipped to me. An hour project turned into 3 hours with 2 calls to your support staff where unfortunately I was on hold for 5-10 minutes. One question had to do with the rubberized strip that comes as one piece. Not realizing that it needed to be torn in half. That was the first call. My second problem was getting the gaskets in place. Tried warm soapy water. Nothing seemed to work then another call to support to find out that they are simply pressed in. I sort of thought that the first guy I talked to might have shared that with me. But not. So unfortunately your score went from 5 to 3. I've had Tulle racks for over ten years on 3 different cars so it was not my first time with an install. Just FYI
