Nice people. After initial failure to get bases+clips to fit, due to misunderstanding of how to adjust angles of clips to roof contour, I reached their help line. Their representative was able to walk me through how the adjustments work, and I was able to fit the clips/bases perfectly. Bar is now securely attached, and I'm happy. Without the help line phone service adjustment was not obvious and I would've failed. Don't give up; get help.
