On-line ordering was easy. Delivery was fast and almost everything was there (minus the master key for the SKS locks). Only complaint I have is when I entered my vehicle on the website, I was only offered Thule racks. But since I wanted Yakima racks, I have accessories from previous Yakima racks, I had to go to Yakima's site, find the parts numbers and order them on Rack Attack.
