I give it 4 stars because we have yet to put a second e-bike on the rack. The ramp is great! But we're not quite sure how we'll secure the second bike with the clamp. The rack is ideal for road bikes; not so sure about e-bikes... but we like the ease of attaching the rack to the trailer hitch. It's also nice to be able to pull the rack down to access the back door hatch.
