I visited the store with a broken Thule buck rack. The Thule knob with lock no longer expanded the stem to prevent wobble. Alex, at the store, found the problem and replaced the knob immediately. He then made sure the other bolts and nuts were tight. Service was quick and pleasant. While waiting I looked at the racks in the store and was impressed with the variety and quantity of their selection.
