I want you to give a shout out to Jeff Bell in the Vancouver store. My husband and I are 80 years old and just bought e bikes to extend our biking experience. Because of the weight we knew we needed a different rack and Jeff went out of his way to make sure the one we got both fit our bikes and were easy for us to use. A very good experience overall.
