I signed up to be notified when the Kuat, piston pro x was available with several distributors. Rack Attack was the first to contact me, beating out the competitors by over a week. James Blaze was my point of contact from the beginning and he closed the deal immediately and he added the specific ramp for my bike rack, as it was not yet on the website.
