I have yet to hear a response to the fact I was sent a used and damaged product that was also missing parts.
UPDATE:
I have been asked to revise my review now that “it has been resolved.” I did receive a call with a suitable resolution option however none of the agreed fix has been done yet so until I see proof it’s going to be corrected, my review will remain as 1 star
