I was very happy with my purchase. I ordered open box items and they arrived in like new condition. I was also impressed with the website automatically identifying lower competitor pricing and automatically offering the price match. I was also impressed that my order arrived in 3 days when not all pieces (open box) were available at my local Rack Attack location. I will also add that I called Rack Attack with General questions about my vehicle setup and they were knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions, even confirming inventory without me directly asking.
