The item I was ordering was a preorder. Rack Attack contacted me when the item arrived in stock to make sure I was still interested. They shipped it promptly and it is now installed on my truck. I did make a phone call to tell them I still wanted the item and actually spoke to a human. Rare that you talk to a live person these days.
