Knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a new vehicle and needed a new foot pack for my Thule kayak roof rack and hitch extender for my Thule bike rack. Reiley was great, answered a bunch of questions and helped with a missing pin for the bike rack which is a few years old. I bought the original kayak rack 3 years ago from Rack Attack. Pleased with the quality and functionality of the equipment and straight forward installation. Highly recommend.
