I needed a hitch pin for a Swagman bike rack that Rack Attack and most everybody is no longer carrying but they worked hard to find one from existing inventory from one of their other stores in Ontario, They arranged to have it shipped directly to my house and it arrived quickly. I was very thankful for their help as I had a perfectly decent bike rack but dudes had sawed off the hitch pin. It's all I needed. Happy to have it back in action.
