The product I order came in a timely manner and serves me just as advertised. Very happy with the product but more than anything I appreciated the patience shown by the tech rep rep, at Rack Attack, with whom I spoke. I was so happy with my Rack Attack experience, that I just placed a follow up order, buying a Kuat Swing Away, and once again, the tech/sales rep was superb in providing help.
