Staff in store in Ottawa were very helpful when I was inquiring about getting a keyed-alike cylinder for my Thule accessory. They suggested I go online to order. I used paypal and inadvertently forgot to include the key code as it was not asked in my paypal exit. I used the online help with my order and included a note and the response was excellent and the appropriate matching cylinder arrived quickly. Overall positive experienec.
