I needed 2 different sizes of baseclips. The one you had in stock was shipped to me fairly quickly without any trouble. The other was out of stock and I appreciate that your website said it was out of stock before I placed the order. I also appreciate the option to be notified when it is in stock again. Seems simple enough but you'd be surprised how many websites don't say when something is sold out. They just take your order and make you wait. I feel that's disrespectful to the customer. Thank you for respecting me enough to be honest with me up front.
