I'm a return customer. The folks at Rack Attack are helpful not just at point of sale but afterwards as well. And their online installation videos are much better than the ones from Yakima and certainly better than the instructions. And just knowing there is a human who is available to answer my questions makes the purchase and subsequent installation less stressful. I've helped a few friends with their racks by referring them to Rack Attack and all has gone well.
