They've been great to work in general, but I have to give a special, deeply felt thank you to Greg at the St. Louis Park/Minneapolis location who helped fixed a botched bike rack install. Both my husband and I got Covid and our son was having to drive himself and all his gear from Saint Paul to Seattle for his freshman year of college, so none of us were firing on all cylinders. Somehow we messed up installing the bike rack in a fairly epic way. Greg fixed our mistake and installed the bike rack and saved the day. We're so very grateful!
