Unfortunately, the Carbo Box was damaged during drop shipment from Thule and so shipment was not accepted. Currently the order is in limbo because the 3rd party shipper Pilot Freight services needs to get a return authorization from another third party instead of being able to get one from the original purchasing party Rack Attack. It would be better for the customer if any damage shipment issues could be resolved by the selling party instead of the shipping services. It would make customers happier if replacements can be sent out before the damaged goods arrive back at the original destination
