Service was great. Received rack in timely manor. Rack was very easy to install. Once I found were to put the arms there work perfect. Used it this morning. Had a little problem installing ramp. St first it did not go all the way. After a while just pick bike up on to ramp. After I finished my ride tried again with ramp. This time got the ramp installed. Maybe when it gets used more it will get easier. Phi hunt
