I had a very positive experience with Rack Attack. I asked a question about fit on my vehicle and received a response a short while later. I placed my order and the rack was shipped two hours later. It arrived as advertised with sufficiently detailed instructions to install the lock cylinders and mount the rack to my car, plus I had watched a YouTube video of the installation that Rack Attack had made. I don't think I spent more than a hour of my time to research, purchase, install, and start using this rack. I will definitely be working with Rack Attack for any future rack needs.
