Went to secure the largest Thule roof box I could get with 24" clearance to garage door. Was told only option was the Alpine model. Returned to the store 4 days later too get the bag set and was told they were too large for our new roof box. During our discussion I find that a larger less expensive roof box would have fit in the 24" clearance ( plus accommodate the bags) and that no, they don't take returns or exchanges on a 4 days old purchases.
Frustrating experience.
