Very refreshing to have pro-active customer service! Orderd online and received a call from RackAttack about 30 minutes later informing me that there might be some issues with the options that were displayed and I had selected for our vehicle. They replaced with correct items at no additional cost! Very helpful. Received the order 3 days later via UPS and everything fit perfectly! Impressed with this company as it was our first time ordering.
