This was my third order from Rack Attack. Two were significantly delayed due to COVID’s impacts on the supply chain. That I can understand. I would rate the overall experience higher, except for the fact I had to followup 6-8 months each time after the initial order to determine delivery status. Almost as if by magic, my deliveries would arrive within two weeks of my followup. I get the sense had I not called to determine status, I might still be waiting…..
