I ordered a rack system with a grip and it came in the mail with a short wait time. The grip I received was damaged, which was a bummer but it happens. I reached out about getting the grip replaced and they responded efficiently and got a replacement sent within 2 days with no extra charges. Shoutout to Justin for helping me, excellent customer service! These guys' rock!!
