The bike rack I wanted was on backorder. I chose to order and wait for it to arrive. The wait was going to be months. Rack Attack offered to refund my payment of I could continue to wait. I chose to wait and they kept me informed with monthly e-mails on its status. This was much appreciated. I have received my bike rack and it is perfect. This company supports its customers and I definitely will buy from them again.
