Rack Attack rapidly relayed that my Kuat bike rack was on delay and promptly offered to refund my money. I knew I was not going to find my rack elsewhere, so I asked Rack Attack to keep my order open. They did and kept me up to date on the status. My new Kuat arrived just in time for bike season inontata h April through September.
