The box was very damaged when it arrived due to courier mishandling and an M8 nut was missing from the box so I had to go to Home Depot to purchase one. However, in response, Rack Attack contacted me and addressed the situation quickly and appropriately. Sometimes a vendor can't control all aspects of a transaction but what Rack Attack did was take responsibility.
