The experience with Rack Attack was fine. The web site worked well and had plenty of detail about the item and the price was very good. The rack is pretty heavy and the shipper did not do their best job with it and the rack ended up dented in a couple of places from being dropped. Fortunately, I was able to remove the dents and everything went together as it was suppose to.
