I read Rack Attack's reviews while doing my research --and boy, did Rack Attack (Laird/Eglinton) live-up to its 5 Star Reviews! The entire team is terrific ---energetic, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. A shout-out especially to Rack Attack Team member Sam, who today quickly and expertly diagnosed and dealt with a problem I discovered with my new Thule Apex Swing bike rack. Bam! Done! Right there in the hot sun! Thank you very much, Sam! And thank you (Rack Attack Store Manager) Justin Newbold for assembling this outstanding team of technicians.
