I'm one of those confused customers. Any question I asked was answered politely and clearly. I would recommend Rack Attack. I also received my Yakima Showdown Kayak roof rack within 1 week and I live 8 hours outside of Ottawa and Toronto - so that was nice. The online ordering instructions were very good too.
