Every single experience I've ever had with Rack Attack has been bar none the best service from a shop with this sort of specialization. Their folks are extremely knowledgeable, they're service-oriented, the follow-through is reliable, and if I had a question or an issue later I could come into the shop and get priority service from them. I used to shop around to find the best price on racks and accessories for them. Now I just go straight to Rack Attack and buy from them because I know that no matter what happens with my gear, they got my back!
