I purchased my Yakima cargo box & rack system from Rack Attack Boston in April 2021. The staff was very polite & knowledgeable. I bought it just prior to leaving on a yearlong, tent/car camping roadtrip. I drove 17,000+ miles, across 32 states. The cargo box was great because it gave me extra room in my car for me & my dog. When I returned from our adventure, I went back to Rack Attack to have the rack tightened & adjusted. They were very busy, but managed to fit me in. Thank you!
