On my last visit, I didn’t actually purchase anything but got great advice from one of the associates whose name I unfortunately do not remember. I had ordered a new mounting kit for my 25+ year old Thule cargo box online and after that, came into the store to look into alternative roof-top bike mounts. The options presented did not make sense for now but I was so pleased with the service I got that I will be back again when I’m ready to upgrade.
